INSTRUCTIONS: Use the mess-free roller to apply a thin layer of the Nip Fix Healing Serum. You can then cover with nursing pads and bra or you can use a fi nger to gently rub in fi rst.
TIP: Put in the fridge for 10-20 minutes for extra soothing effect.
Nip fix is oil based and can stain clothing. Use with nursing pads to prevent stains
